She is currently a briefcase model (Number 7) for NBC's "Deal or No Deal" game show. People magazine honored the women of "Deal or No Deal" collectively as one of the "world's 100 most beautiful." She is also a co-host on Fox Movie Channel's "Life after Film School".

Sara joined Ursula Mayes (DOND Suitcase Model No. 5 and former Miss HIN) at the Hot Import Nights import automobile show in Honolulu, HI, on December 1. They greeted fans and signed autographs at the "World Cup of Auto Shows" held at the Blaisdell Exhibition Hall.
